As a manager, you have the ability to create other custom attributes to add to the Leeway custom attributes list.

To do so, click on the name of your company at the top of the left menu as shown in the image below, click on "Workspace Settings" and then on the "Attributes" tab.

Once on the attribute management interface, click on the "Create an attribute" button. A side panel opens with various parameters to be completed about your attribute.

In addition to the name, you will have to choose among 4 types of attributes:

  • Text: If the value of the latter is a string of characters (e.g. the name of the co-contracting company is an attribute of type Text)

  • Number: If the value of the latter is a number (e.g.: the amount of the contract is an attribute of type Number)

  • Date: If the value of the latter is a date (e.g. the signature date is an attribute of type Date)

  • Select with options: If the value of the latter is a choice among several

    For example: the type of renewal is an attribute of type Selector with 2 options, "None" and "Tacit" ; Location can be an attribute of type Selector with country options like "USA", "France", "UK" etc).

Once you have filled in all the information, simply click on "Save this attribute".

The attribute is then automatically displayed to all your projects, both existing and future, and the project members are able to fill them in into the info part of a project.

To edit an attribute, click on it and modify the information from the side panel.

⚠️ Note that once an attribute is created, its type (Text, Number, Date or Select) can no longer be modified, so take the time to think about your attributes.
