Make your life easier by creating folders on Leeway. For example, a folder to collect contracts by template, a folder with all HR contracts etc.
The main benefits of the files are as follows:
You can automate the archiving of your projects into folders directly from your workflows. (See How to set up an archiving workflow for instructions on how to do this).
You can give access to the contents of a folder to specific people and/or groups of people. (See Create User Groups for instructions).
Create a folder
To create a folder, go directly to your repository.
1️⃣ In the top right corner, click on the "...", button.
2️⃣ Click on "New Folder."
3️⃣ Name your new folder,
4️⃣ Add the people and/or groups you want to it; only these people and/or groups of people will then have access to this folder.
5️⃣ Save by clicking on "Create folder ".
Edit or delete a folder
To edit a folder, open it, click on the "..." at the top right, then click on "Edit Folder".
Edit the information you want and finish with "Save changes".
This manipulation also allows you to delete the folder. To do this, click on "Delete folder".
👆🏼 By deleting a folder, all projects contained within it will be transferred to the "All Projects" folder.
