Upon creating your account, the following smart fields - also known as the Tomorro basic smart fields - are automatically created for you; they are necessary for the platform to function properly:
Co-contracting company
Start date
End date
Notice period
Length of notice if there is one
Type of renewal: tacit or non-renewal
Duration of renewal
Your organization name
Language
These fields allow our algorithms, for example, to create automated reminders or to structure your projects by counterparty and contract type. Note that they will be automatically translated according to the user's display language.
Because of their necessity, it is not possible to edit or delete these fields.
On the other hand, you will be able to choose to display or hide them in the summary sheets of your contracts.
