Thanks to Tomorro, you have the possibility to discuss with your counterparty directly. No more endless email loops, everything is centralized in one place!
To send a new message to the other party and see his messages as well:
1) Click on the "Activities" icon
2) Click on "Write a comment" and start writing in the window
3)Finally click on "Post"
💡You can tag a participant in your comments to address someone directly. Each comment, you will be notified by email.
You will therefore find the history of your conversations with the other party as well as the various notes and instructions sent with each version of the contract.
💡In activities you can also find the discussions made by mails provided you have added the email in CC provided by Tomorro which allows you to track emails sent outside Tomorro.
