To speed up the negotiation process, Tomorro allows you to invite your counterparty to negotiate directly from Tomorro by providing them with a dedicated, secure and completely free negotiation environment.

The counterparty does not need to have a proper Tomorro account.

Here are some of the features your external parties benefit from

  • Inviting other members of their team,

  • Contract editing,

  • Private or public comments,

  • Document comparison and review,

  • Signature.

To take advantage of this, the first thing to do is to reference them in the project, in the "Participants".

✚ Add the counterparty

To add the counterparty to the contract (without necessarily sharing a version of the contract right away), first click on "Manage" at the top right of the screen.

The participants panel opens on the right. In the various parameters, you will find the Participants section, just below the Signatories section.

Simply add the email address(es) of your co-contractor to share the project by clicking on Add a participant, under the name of the co-contracting company.

These people will not yet be notified and will not have access to the project/contract elements until you have shared a version of the contract with them.

This manipulation allows you to create their dedicated interface and be able to send versions to them at any time.

💡 If you have already shared at least one version, and you add a new email address for the counterparty, then the new person will automatically receive by email :

1- the latest version of the contract, and

2-the note you added when you shared the version.

🚫 Delete a counterparty member

To delete one or more co-contractors, open this Participants panel by clicking on "Manage" in the top right-hand corner.

Then click on the "..." to the right of the person you want to delete and click on "Remove from project" as below:
