When you share a document with a counterparty via Leeway, for review, viewing or even signing, it is possible to have your company logo appear in emails sent via Leeway.

How to add my logo?

💡 You must be a platform administrator to do this.

To ensure that your logo is automatically inserted in the emails received by your counterparties, here is how to proceed:

  • In Leeway, go to Workspace Settings - by clicking on your organization's name at the top left.

  • In "Workspace Settings", import your company logo.

  • Save.

And what will my counterparts receive?

If you have added your logo in your account, it will be added (as below) in the emails received by your counterparts, when you send them a document for review or for signature (if you use the Leeway signature):

Note that your first and last name as well as the name of your company are also specified in the emails.
