Leeway allows you to attach one or more files directly to your template, so that they are automatically attached when each new contract is generated using this template.

Do you have uneditable annexes or files that need to be shared each time with your counterparty?

You can automate this document sharing with this feature offered by Leeway.

⚙️ How to do it?

To attach a file to a template, first go to the "Templates" tab in your account, then open the template to which you want to attach a file.

In the template in question, click on the "Attachments" tab and then "Add a share file":

You can add multiple files and all formats are supported.

If you have a template in several languages, the files added for a version of the template in French, for example, will not be automatically added for another version. You should therefore add them to each version if all versions are concerned. This will also allow you to add specific files for each version.

✏️ What happens when a contract is created with this template?

With each new contract created from the template to which files have been added, these files are automatically attached to it.

See for yourself: here we have attached from the template these two documents (see below). When generating a new contract, they are automatically attached in the shared files.

Your counterparty will also find them in the files from its dedicated interface when you share the contract with them.

💡 At any time, you can add and share additional files via the project ("Files" tab) or via the document directly, by clicking on "Add a shared document".

The Leeway team's advice 💙

Easily add your T&Cs, a brochure, a leaflet with prices or even your graphic charter to your template. These documents will be automatically shared with the counterparty with each new contract generated. 👌
